With a BA in business administration from Bethlehem University and a diploma in education, Yasmin Nashash was eager to challenge the labor market for the lack of market opportunities by turning towards the potential of entrepreneurship. To this end, she worked diligently to become pioneering in the digital world and embraced her role as a self-starter.
To reach her full potential as a self-starters working within the field of digital marketing, Yasmin joined MENACatalyst’s latest youth support program, Self-Employment in a Digital Age, commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Through the program, Yasmin learned from MC's leading team of experts, business enablers, and global network of mentors the ins and outs of digital marketing and, gain invaluable market leverage.
During the program, Yasmin developed Smart Reach, an integrated digital marketing startup that offers clients access to content creation, social media development and management, competitor analysis, and creating digital advertising campaigns. Through Smart Reach, Yasmin is working to help businesses enhance their digital visibility and ability to integrate into targeted markets on a regional scale. The first step for Smart Reach is to enter the local market by providing customized services with a low-cost strategy, and gain market exposure and offer services to a diverse customer base.
Putting her newfound skills as a digital marketer to the test, Yasmin is helping her two new clients develop and manage their social media presence to ultimately increase their visibility in targeted markets and improve their viability. This enterprising self-starter also works as a content creator for Bethlehem Start Cultural Center, helping this leading organization craft impactful success stories that highlight the success of their students.
